Grapes: Average age of vines 25 years Merlot 55%, Cabernet Franc 25%, Cabernet Sauvignon 15%
Wine making: 100% harvested by hand. Taditional vinification in stainless steel vats then ageing in oak barrles for 12-16 months (40% new oak). Temperature controlled tanks.
